Bio

Reggie Langford Jr. began his time at Sterling College as a student in 2013 and was the starting quarterback on the Warrior’s first KCAC Championship in school history. He graduated from SC in 2015 with a degree in sport management and a minor in exercise science.

He went on to earn his master’s degree in health, human performance and recreation from Pittsburg State University in 2017 and earned his second master’s degree in education from Fort Hays State University in 2022.

As a player for the Warriors, Langford earned KCAC Second Team All-Conference (2013, 2014), Valuable Offensive Player for the Year (2013, 2014) and Bennet Warrior Award (2014-15).

Langford started his collegiate coaching career for Bethel College as the offensive coordinator for the 2022 season. He returned to Sterling in 2023 as the offensive coordinator and took over as the head coach in 2024.  

During his time at Sterling, he has coached 29 KCAC All-Conference selections, one Special Teams Player of the Year, one AFCA NAIA All-American and 15 KCAC Scholar Athletes.

Langford lives in Sterling with his wife and four boys.
