McClanahan, Linden, and Young Earn NCCAA All-Central Region Honors
Three Lady Warriors earned honors from the NCCAA All-Central Region for this season's performances. Players are nominated by their coaches and then voted on by all coaches in the region.
Aliya McClanahan earned All-Central Region Player of the Year to go along with her First-Team selection. McClanahan led the region in hitting percentage (7th nationally), blocks (6th nationally), and was second in the region in points (9th nationally).
Makenna Linden, who played as a defensive specialist this season, finished second in the region in digs (7th nationally). She led her team in digs, and digs per set.
Aubrey Young finished first in the region in assists (5th nationally). Other than her setting abilities, she was a very important part of the Warrior's net play, being credited with 30 blocks this season.
